Glam Busters

Big hair, big boots, big presence, this tribute band is as equally at home with their over the top performance in the intimate surroundings of a packed pub on a Friday night as they are in a large function room or theatrical setting. They are as much a show band as they are a tribute band, performing a majority of the hits of the seventies era with an eye for detail and a tongue firmly placed in their collective cheek. This approach is reflected in the inherent humour contained both within the set (the pairing of such songs as "Motor Biking" and "Funky Moped" for example) and the gentle mickey-taking of both band members and (sometimes) the audience during the stage announcements and banter. The overall effect combines to please a wide variety of audience regardless of age or occasion.
