The Casablanca Boys.
Swing Band.

National Railway Museum   The music of the Swing Bands is once again hugely popular. There are many top artists in recent years that have recorded their own versions of the classic songs originally made famous by the likes of Nat King Cole, Ella Fitzgerald and the Rat Pack Trio of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jnr. This is one of the reasons why this style of music is perfect for occasions where there is a big range of ages present as the music is now recognised and requested by all age groups. The Casablanca Boys, however, has specialized in jazz, swing and big band sounds for the last 16 years. They are the only group in the whole of the UK that is talented and versatile enough to hold down a midweek residency in one venue for 16 years! Because of this, you'll rest easy knowing that you're hiring the swing experts.

This group will appeal to company parties, weddings, and jazz and big band audiences, and anyone else who loves to listen and dance to swinging jazz, and cool Latin grooves. This style of music can only be played with the full sound that requires a quality brass and rhythm section, and the Casablanca Boys brass players have featured on The QE2 and at London's Royal Albert Hall. They were also featured in the film "Little Voice" with Jane Horrocks, Ewan McGreggor and Michael Caine.

The difference between this function band and all others is in their incredible versatility.

They are regularly requested for specific theme nights, such as Las Vegas Swing nights, or 'Rat Pack' events. They can however instantly change their material and dynamically change into an out and out party band outfit - playing the best-loved songs from 50s Rock n' Roll to the best today's chart hits.
