She has received the Dearden award for achievement and the United Kingdom Harp Association Award for her outstanding musical abilities. Rachel has recently released her debut album “Awake, O Harp” to critical acclaim. She has performed widely across the North of England including the Bridgewater Hall, Manchester. She has also provided music for Granada TV’s popular production of “A & E” and for the BBC’s Songs of Praise. Her freelance orchestral career includes working with the Halle Orchestra, Manchester Camerata and Symphonia ViVa.

Rachel elegantly performs for many beautiful and prestigious venues including Newburgh Priory in Coxwold, Durham Castle, Rudding Park in Harrogate, Tickton Grange Hotel in Beverley, Ripley Castle in Harrogate, Merchant Adventurers Hall in York, Rowley Manor Hotel in Little Weighton, Gomersal Park, Village Hotel in Headingley, Willerby Manor Hotel in Hull and many many more.

Her heartfelt musicianship, masterful technique, and consummate good taste have earned her a reputation as one of the UK’s top harpists.
